An immersive portfolio that is about you

One scene, one idea, no template. It has to load fast, work on a phone, and still say something when the motion is off.

Solo project240 minAI implements

Done when

  • Live on a URL, loading to first meaningful paint in under three seconds on a throttled connection
  • Holds a written budget: draw calls, triangles, texture memory and JS size stated in the README and measured
  • Usable and interesting with prefers-reduced-motion set, with a deliberately chosen still frame
  • Every interaction reachable by keyboard, and equivalent content available outside the canvas
  • Runs at a sustained 30fps or better on a mid-range phone after five minutes of use
  • Assets processed by a re-runnable pipeline script committed to the repository

Nobody marks this for you. It goes into your phase checkpoint, where a person does.

You should now be able to

  • Ship a 3D site that holds a stated performance budget
  • Design a reduced-motion version that is not a downgrade
  • Write about the decisions rather than the tools
