Three sites, three repositories, a write-up, and one link that gets a reviewer to all of it.

One link goes in the form. Everything below is what that link has to reach. Pick whichever of them explains the others best, usually the write-up, and make sure a reviewer can get from it to the rest in a click.

The three live URLs, each working on a phone, checked by you today rather than on the day you built it.

The three repositories, each with a README containing the live link and a sentence about what it is.

The write-up, published, and linking to all six of the above.

Add a short note to the reviewer, around three or four sentences. Say what you are least sure about, what you had to look up more than once, and what you know is still unfinished. That context helps the reviewer respond to the parts where feedback will be most useful.

Expect notes back. Being sent back with specific feedback is a normal outcome for a first submission, not a failure: the note stays on this page until you submit again, and it is one of the most useful parts of the course because a real person read your work closely.
